Hi Room

Again one more time i need your good suggestion to file my case again, i came here on k-3 visa like six month ago, that time my uncle gave me I-134, i start workin and now i wanna submit Adjustment of Status for G. card,.

My question is that how can i submit to AOS without Affidavit of Support I-684 becuase my uncle says that he can't give me now coz he says that he don't have much income now.

Similarly my wife just start workin as she never work before this year she is gonna file Tax. but if i submit my AOS then i have to submit it AFFidavit of Support now....... is there any way to continue my process until next year till she will be able to give me I-864?

My third question is MY I-130 case was approved when my I-129f was approved n i came in US with k-3 visa....its been about to one year my I-130 approved.

DAY AFTER TOMMORROW IS THE FINAL DAY OF MY CASE. AND I M GOIN INTO LOCAL IMMIG OFFICE TO FILE AOS..... WHAT IS YOUR OPENION ABOU THT.....WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW PLZZZZZZZ HELP ME OUT I REALLY DON'T WANNA MISS MY APPROVED I-130 PETITION N FEEE AS WELL......
