Yes, we would all like to know but the information isn't available. The best I can do is tell you that it probably won't happen if there is anything missing in your submission. For instance, we didn't want our case transferred because of timing issues, yes we actually wanted it to take longer, so we made sure to leave out the I-693a. As far as I know, this made a transfer to local office necessary. However, this doesn't mean complete case files will be transferred, just that incomplete ones aren't. (as far as I've seen)

Yo pushbrk!

Someone posted their petition was transferred to CSC and approved without them submitting their ITRs with it.

Still a mystery how they pick the "lucky ones".

Probably no reason! Just pick a pile and send it.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

My package was incomplete but I just got an RFE for what was missing. Once they received what they had asked for my case was then sent to CSC.

I didn't submit the I-693A and my case was transferred to CSC plus I am K-3 holder which makes it weird. No one knows how the cases are picked only USCIS does. But if you are a K-1 holder there is strong possibility that your case might be transferred not a guarantee though.

Good luck

Here's the process.

All USCIS employees line up in height order.

The supervisor then goes 'eeenie, meenie, minie, mo' until one employee is left....

That employee then gets to pick the files that are transferred by the following methods

a) any files that the petitioner's first name ends in a vowel

B) any files that the beneficiary's middle name contains the first letter of his name

Naturalization

Son's N-400 Timeline

08/14/2020 - Sent N-400 and I-912 waiver to TX lockbox

09/18/2020 - NOA via text

06/05/2021 - Notification of biometrics scheduled

09/17/2021 - Interview - decision cannot be made

11/24/2021 - Denial letter, 30 days to appeal

12/24/2021 - Appeal sent back with I-912 waiver

12/24/2021 - Motion to terminate deportation proceedings from 2013 filed
