Hehehehe! I remember those days. When you are that far away, you have to set-up a whole new budget for phone bills and internet cafe charges.

I don't understand it either. This is the company who is contracted by the U.S. Embassy and their tracking system doesn't work. I've tried every day for almost a week and it's down or throws a SQL Sever error when it attempts to search. Delbros does a horrible job on their website.
