After Mailed in AOS Fee

Hi Ladies and Gentlemen,

When the online payment system was down, I got my AOS fee bill from NVC, in order not to delay any processing, my parents in law mailed in the $70 fee to NVC instead of paying online on Jun 5. But until today, my case status is still as not paid yet. I am kinda worried. Are there any one have any ideas about how long it will take until I could hear the case status as Paid by calling NVC ?

Hi !! Same question for me too how long is going to take,..I also mailed my AOS fee bill(on June 6), day after you mailed yours ,...Mine shows too NOT PAID,...

it takes like 2weeks if u mailed it in so hopefully it will be updated tomorrow morning or friday

For payments to get into their system, specially when it's mailed, it takes a few weeks. So by the dates you mentioned the process are within their normal time.

About DS3032, their reply usually takes 5 business days to be received but by now I'd call them to make sure that they have received it and there's just a delay on their reply. By the way, have you followed the instructions to email them the choice of agent?? http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Normaly their reply would say that your choice of agent has been accepted.

next step is for you to mail in the I-864 AOS package and once you hear the case status that they sent you the IV fee bill you could go online and pay it!!!

I emailed them my DS3032 on jun 7, and i got the email confirmation from then on jun 17, so you should hear from them soon.
