VISA IN HAND & HUBBY IN MY ARMS

Just wanted to update everyone...

After interview- A/R about 25 days (i think)

Embassy requests (via email) passport...also another email requesting travel history. Both 5 minutes apart. Different consulars.

Its a good thing I had help from Tiffany regarding this, because the email was so vague and it costs us time to figure it out. You can't just call the embassy and get answers.. Its all with emails.

Sooooo--- heres some advice "Have your hubby get a paper from Border and Residency Dept that will verify his travel or non-travel from Jordan". ALSO get it translated in English (something we forgot to do. (Cost us an extra few days

We sent in his passport and travel verification. Then that wonderful day came.. Ahmad went to Aramex and picked up his visa on May 10, 2008 Alhamdullilah!!! :D

Ahmad arrived in Chicago on May 29th- (4 hour delay..whats new RJ?)

POE- no questions at all... Although Ahmad did have questions- "I'm meeting my wife in this terminal, how do I get out of here to meet her outside?" ...and he was then directed.

We finally are in eachothers arms in the USA!!

Thank You Lord!!! Praise God!!

Feels like we were never apart. He is doing great. Family loves him. He is getting along with the dogs good too. He says give him a month and he will know all the neighbors.. hahaha!!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
