انا خطيبتى تقوم باجراءات الفيانسيه فيزا وكان لى استفسار

the paper for the Non immigrant finance' visa application asks for his signature at the bottom of the page as well as the signature of a US Consular Officers signature. does this need to be signed before i file his paper work or is this to be signed in his interview?

sorry i know this may sound dumb but i just want to make sure i get it 100% correct before i send the papers off

do i need to mail him the paper now and have him take it to the office before i file for the visa or do i need to just file now and then he sign the paper at his interview?

Are you filing for the I 129-F ( k-1 ) visa? Have you submitted any applications so far? I need to know where you are at in the process in order to answer your questions correctly.

ya sorry the DS-156 was in small print i assumed it was just called Non immigrant finance' visa application :blush:

i am filing for the k-1 and no i haven't filed any thing yet we are just now working on getting the papers together and filled out

0k, you have plenty of time for the DS- 156K. All he needs to fill out is the G325 and his letter of intent. The other applications will be mailed to him once you are approved at USCIS level and everything is sent on to the Embassy in Cairo. That is called Packet 3.

OMG your a life saver thank you, i was filling out the papers to night and i was heart broken thinking it would be an extra month before we could file.

i have the G325 that he filled out while i was there with him.
