My questions involve both SLEC exam and embassy interview as they are both intertwined. My wife gave birth eight years ago and noted this on her paperwork at SLEC for her medical exam. When examined by the doctors they said they could see "no evidence" of her giving birth. The doctors marked down that she has not given birth. Her son was adopted by her mother at birth and he will NOT be immigrating with her. On her DS form I marked down that my wife is the only intending immigrant, as she does not have costody and her son will not be comming with her. Does it matter that the doctors said she did not give birth, and she says she did? I marked on the DS form that she has no children because I was thinking of children she has costody of. After reading the DS form again I saw that it actualy said ALL children. Will this error be something she can explain to the CO? Will this even be a factor in a visa issuance? PLEASE can someone shed some light on this for me as my wife is worried that she will be denied a visa.
