We are confused on how to make the K! visa application payment.....Does my fiancee need to bring the completed DS-156 or DS-157 to the bank or does she bring a blank one??? Does it need to be completed before she goes to the bank to make the payment???

Hello polar77,

Your fiancee will just have to go to BPI branch with an ID, then go staight to the customer service she have to present her ID, they will give her the ds form and deposit slip, then she will have to fall in line at the counter to pay the visa fee..lastly, she needs to go back to the customer service and have the ds form stamped.

Ah yes, thank you, but I am wondering now....Will she then have to fill up that stamped DS form, or can she use a different one?

She could fill it up or just have another form. What i did with mine is that i still filled out the stamped form from the bank (black pen) and have another copy filled out online.

They will just have to staple it to the other form if its not needed.
