Can i Travel on this AP?

i came last year to USA in July, Applied for AOS in October.. I already had my interview in March this year and is pending for "Name Check"

i Got "2" Pages of AP which are expiring on end of december this year.

i m going to book a ticket to visit my parents tomorrow.. my stay there will be from " September to october"

is there any risk Guys?

Can i Travel on my AP even one week before it expires??

Please help!!!

if it is ok what documents i need while travel....?

one more thing i will be staying 2 days in Kuwait too as well in transit.... :unsure:

As long as you have no previous overstays, yes, you are fine to travel using your AP.

08/14/2020 - Sent N-400 and I-912 waiver to TX lockbox

09/18/2020 - NOA via text

06/05/2021 - Notification of biometrics scheduled

09/17/2021 - Interview - decision cannot be made

11/24/2021 - Denial letter, 30 days to appeal

12/24/2021 - Appeal sent back with I-912 waiver

12/24/2021 - Motion to terminate deportation proceedings from 2013 filed

You just need the AP paper and passport, you are good to go. :thumbs: Only risk in returning to USA so soon to AP expiry date is if for some reason flights are delayed. However it should be OK. :yes: Kuwait in transfer should be no problem either. :no:
