:help: We're filling up the DS-156 for the K-1 interview stage at the USEM.

1. Should we place the international and philippine telephone codes in front of my fiancee's philippine phone number, as if we were calling from the USA? Eg. 011-63-###-####

2. Where it asks "has anyone ever filed an Immigrant visa petition on your behalf?" Does this apply to this current K-1 visa petition?? Or is the question refering to any past visa applications? Since this is her first visa application, I think we select "no", right?

Thanks for any advice :wacko::blink:

1. Either way should work. I put the Philippines codes only for my wife's applications since the USEM is in Manila.

2. No, do not count the visa you are applying for.

The Example forms may help you:
