Dan went to another infopass appointment today.

No news. We got assigned and our case got scanned in Dec 16 for audits which they said is just for inventory reasons...SO no officer really looked at it yet. :-( Oh well, the case is at least still lingering around there.

Yeah, I know.

I mean I didn't really expect anything new from this appointment. We just wanted to make sure that nothing is really wrong yet before he leaves the US end of next week to be in Germany for the whole month of January.

All they tell us now is "it could be any day now"...woohooo. Only god knows...I mean USCIS will probably be on vacation for the next two weeks just like everybody else.

To Panterchen, Skeez and Chadherm ...and all who are still waiting.... our sincerest prayers that you all get your NOA2 now. :innocent:

To Steve and Radzney, our big big congratulations to you! It's now time to give the final sigh of relief and celebrate. What a wonderful Christmas for you and all who get their approval!

I would feel just as lucky if on Monday, kids and I will pass our medical. :crying: But I know we will.

Radz will be leaving (again) tomorrow, after so many mishaps here with Philippine Airlines. :bonk: PAL has been a constant headache from start to finish. I'll see to it that tomorrow, they won't find reason to screw up Radz' flight. :protest:

Blessings to all of us!!!

Much love,

Mike and Gracey

Ahh ty very much Gracey. Yes another week has gone by and still no new or no noa2. But my fiancee is coming for the holidays just for two weeks. He is arriving xmas eve. So I hope while he is here that I will hear some news that would be nice. This is killing me for sure. We had set a wedding date and now I am hoping that I dont have to reschedule it. My thinking is that I bet by feb everything should be done but the way my luck is going if I dont have bad luck I dont have any luck at all. I hope it wasnt lost in a pile or they forgot about me. I wish everyone a merry christmas and a happy new year and hopefully those of us that are waiting for our noa2 that we hear something soon. xxxx

Congradulations on approval Symbiosis Thats great news

To Mike and Gracey thank you so much for all your assistance. I life you make many friends but most are just that friends, If your lucky you come across a reallys special friend once or twice in your life time. Gracey has been that special friend to Radz, All she has done for Radz in Manila, She took Radz under her wing and protected her, helped her get to all the places she needed to be. She accepted Radz in to her family and opened her house to her, I cant express how much this means and goes beyond being just a friend. She helped Radz fight the battle with PAL on the mess up on the flight, and your right Pal has been a pain in the (lower area) from the first day to the last. But I want to thank you Gracey and family, and Mike for all you have done the support the encoragement and more things than we can count. One of our Christmas present was the visa approval at the embassy. The other present, a really big present was the Friendship of Gracey, her family and Mike to Radz and myself. You cant really ask for anything more than someone you can really count on when you need them. Thank you again and we are praying for you Gracey and kids on the medical and then on to your interview. Merry Christmas

Thanks to everybody who is still praying for us and letting us know they are with us.

Skeez: Don't know if I ever asked you, but when did you intend to get married?

We were planning on the beginning of March. If NOA 2 comes in before the end of January we can still make this date as the embassy in Germany is usually pretty fast.

My dad said this morning to me that if we cannot make the anticipated wedding date, that I will have to marry then without them. Their flights are booked for beginning March. God, I don't even wanna think about this. It feels like a nightmare to have to marry the love of my life without my parents being actually there. We had to fight so long for my parents to accept our love, to actually wanting them to contribute to our wedding and now we might not even be able to have a real celebration with them. I think if that happens, I don't even want a big wedding anymore. A small civil ceremony is all I can imagine if my family cannot attend.

Often lately, I just feel like running away to a different place until all this is sorted out. I know, how childish would that be.

I won't give up hope until it is the end of January. But until then I will mainly live on VJ and be only half of who I am without this visa stress. I will have to reschedule my flight today as originally I wanted to leave Dec 26th. :crying:

So I am not the only one counting down for Christmas Eve, I fly out of Heathrow for 11 nights, so would be nice to meet up with another VJ'er while waiting. let me know. I check in at 10 terminal 3 and fly out at 1.

I hope from the bottom of my heart that you and everyone else gets their NOA2's for Christmas, it all seems so unfair

I was planning on a March 21st wedding Pancherchen but im not having a big wedding. We were just going to do it by a poolside in my complex with a justice of the peace. But he had to meet my mother before hand before we got married that is something we both agreed upon since my mother lives in a different state than me i dont see her often and she wanted to meet him before we did. But if I have to put that on hold because I still didnt have my noa2 yet I will have to nothing I can do about it. I just want it all over and done with so I dont have to stress anymore. Not knowing is what is killing me. Stress level is high and being the holidays are coming up around the corner I hope things dont move any slower than they already are. Coming up on the 6 month mark this week. Hopefully I can call and talk to an actual person. If anyone knows the number to speak to someone directly let me know. Ty all and happy holidays.

I am so sad reading that panterchen maybe have to reset there wedding date if no Noa2 by end of Jan. I wish we all had a answer to get her and others in june waiting approved. The only thing I can think of now is praying even more for them. Only request i have is that panterchen please post some wedding photos here once you are married, I think that would be a special treat for all of us here to see that. Thanks in advance. Good Luck and maybe some mad smileys for noa2 :(:(:( that works for some a while back maybe there is some magic left. And this is for panterchen for aways being so pleasant even though I know she has to be stressed with this all (F)
