3 active June filers are still waiting for no obvious reason. Chadherm, Skeez&titanic and myself. Skeez even has the same NOA 1 and last touched like me.

This week, two April filers got approved without having a RFE in between. I hope we don't have to wait thaaaaat long.

Heeyy.. I m living my life with stress for last 45 day even we approved but still NO NOA2.., so I understand better How u guys feel now..VSC made my worse christmas in my life . .

& As far I know 4 people waiting for their NOA2 hard copy More then 1 & half Month.

I have my medical on Friday, but the best thing is off to Texas in 9 days for the holidays yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee cant wait 12 days with my boy and my last ever visit next time will be for keeps

Hi Steve good luck to all of us on Friday, I am feeling sick already about the blood test ha ha still not recovered from the injections the other week ha ha

Yeah not long now, this time next week I will be half way to Texas cant wait, keeping my fingers crossed that everything I bought on ebay arrives in time

As soon as I get back I will send packet 3 off so I hope that I get my interview Feb time

I hope your ebays stuff arrives on time to. Im leaving the tree up with Radz presents under it until she gets here. We are going to have christmas then. Not my Idea i saw someone else post that they were doing that and a adopted the idea. Good Luck everyone. I hope Santa brings all your Noa2's before christmas for those who are waiting.

By now I am going insane. I had a few weeks when I felt better because I know we got assigned to an officer.

But now that I see that nothing is moving, I am just frustrated. I don't have an appetite anymore and I can't even talk with Dan about it anymore because it makes me sad, mad and angry and just depresses me even more. Thank god, he will be here right after christmas.

I know that if we don't have our approval by end Jan/beg Feb we won't be able to have the wedding like we anticipated. Man, really I don't get it. We planned for this visa 9 months in advance. I wouldn't have thought this could possibly take that long as people got approved within 3 months from filing when we sent our petition in. But...I didn't know VJ yet and I didn't know there are people waiting more than 8-9 months.

Dan already asked the congressman to inquire about our case again from next week on (yeah and half of USCIS will probably be on vacation) as well as our senator. My life is placed on hold as long as we are waiting.

Oh yeah, I forgot because of me venting...

Yes another week and still no NOA2. I dont even look anymore i dont even like to come on here cause I get to upset. At least my fiancee is coming to visit me next week for two weeks but still doesnt change the fact that I still dont know what is going on with my case. If I dont hear anything by monday the 22nd Im going to start calling and try to actually talk to someone everytime I call I get a recorder asking for my receipt number and says the same thing case received and pending. Grrrrrr. Anyway I hope everyone has a great holiday and that the ones that are waiting for their NOA2 that we hear something real soon.

Same also here still no NOA2. I am getting frustrated everytime i check USCIS and is still pending. how come this happen to us .Sometimes i am thinking to give up but i love my fiance, just i hate this long process for us who are still waiting.....We just need to be strong and believe that everything will move on faster in time. To panterchen, skeez, and for those who is not mention( still waiting) hope we will get a great news!

What number do you dial? Dan always speaks to the call center agents. But it's so worthless.

He tried it again yesterday. One first level girl basically said they don't know anything and will transfer us to the second level (hahaa, man I can imagine how frustrated those people are). The second level lady, he said, was very rude and just tried to find excuses. Basically she said we don't have any reason to complain since we are still within 180 days. And when he said yeah but that ends this weekend, se just said "well, cases are processed on an individual basis." blaaaahhh

Dan even doubts that there is a difference between first and second level support staff by now (the lady didn't even see whether we got assigned to an officer or not). Maybe they just redirect you to another normal call center agent

We are probably all in the same box. I just hope that we don't have to wait 220 days like those poor april filers from last week.aaaaahhhhhhh

Keep your heads up! As long as we are all together still waiting I seriously doubt there is anything wrong with any of our cases. Our dates are just too close together.

Having problems with ebay at the moment been on the phone to america as they dont have the 501's I ordered so swapped to other colours and they said that they will send them today, but I dont think that they will arrive in time, and have not got confirmation that anything else I got has been sent

At least I have a case full of other ####### ha ha

I will be thinking of you tomorrow, so as soon as I get back from the medical I will check to see that you have got your visa

Funny what you said about the Christmas Tree I was in Texas last Christmas and got my presents but he still did not take the tree down for a couple of months ha ha

An early June filer got approved yesterday...Yeah, that is awesome news for all of is still waiting.

VSc is on the right track. I can start smelling my NOA 2- even though it is hard between all these stollen and cinnamon cookies...

Noi is approved! She said it went smoothly and the C.O. (a man) was "very nice"! Took about 3.5 hours.
