DEAR FRIENDS, -_-

Lemme remind all those who are checking the USCIS website that is utterly USELESS to check in there. <_< Why, i'm now eligible for an interview yet the USCIS site tells me to wait for NOA2! :clock:<_<

Equally useless is talking to USCIS agents, because they merely read from their never-updating website. :bonk: What you can do is DEMAND to be transfered to next level support. Don't take no for an answer. Whatever they tell, you, DEMAND for higher level support. I've worked as a call center agent myself so I know for a fact that it is a rule NOT to refuse transfer when a client/caller requests for it.

:innocent: My prayers go out to all of you who haven't gotten any news on their NOA2. Dontcha worry, God is watching!

STEVE! Hey guy! Almost time for Radz to get here! I'm soooo excited! ^_^ Please remind yer gurl no need to bring towels, toiletries and house slippers. Got all that here. ;) No need need to pack alotta clothes either cuz there's a friendly washing machine here. ^_^

By the way, did Mike tell you the guy :alien: who was to co-sponsor us ditched us last minute? <_< So then we had to look for replacement. Good thing my sister in Tx and my aunt in NY were more than happy to do it. That means we could get delayed a lil bit but that's ok. Important thing is to go to the interview armed to the teeth. :content:

Sweety,

I know how you feel. We are still in the same boat. If you can make an infopass appointment to make sure it isn't lost and you can ask them directly if you are stuck in some kind of security check. Maybe that will give you some peace of mind. Even though we seem to have already been assigned to an officer nothing is moving. So...we can only drink tea and wait. Try to relax a bit. We will both see our SOs very soon. We should be happy about getting married.

Don't allow USCIS to take away that joy!

Yeah I know. I am still hoping and waiting. But at least my fiancee will be coming for the holidays for two weeks that will definately put my mind at ease. Just gets a little stressful at times. But I know we should hear something real soon. Keep praying we do.

@ Chibby: Sag mal, schläfst du nie?? Die Zeiten deiner posts sind ja hammer.

@Skeez: We do keep praying for us still waiting. I believe we will be ok. I figured last night that actually most of the people still waiting are from within +1 or -1 week of us filing.

@ all: Good luck on your upcoming interviews this week!! I know you will all be alright. Thank you for your ongoing support. Daniel decided to only go to infopass appointment from now on to find out something. Call center agents are just a waste of time and make you feel bad. So...we do what we have to do. We are already preparing for day 180 to start bugging USCIS. :jest:

Oh and I advanced planning our wedding today. I just decided to go on come whatever. I picked out bridesmaids dresses and contacted the wedding planner...hmmmm :-)

Mistakes and misses are bound to happen and it's ok.

One of the nicest things about the familiarity that builds with friendship

is that mistakes and misses are always seen but never felt.

Your friends always know what you mean.

The good news is the embassy sent us an email with the interview date today. The bad news is less than 2 weeks from now! (Dec. 19), so there's NO WAY I can be there!! :(

Oh well, at least the waiting is over!

Well, I tried calling the embassy today and the operator (a Thai woman with good English) refused (politely) to put me through to the visa section. She insisted email was the only acceptable form of communication and that takes 2-3 days for a response. I think the timeframe is just too tight.

I know if you call the philippines embassy you can talk to someone that will help you, I know each embassy is different and not sure how the Thai embassy works but, it would seem unreasonable that you can not talk to anyone in the visa section. I have read on here that at Philippines embassy you get a better response if the US citizen calls, IM not sure which one of you made the call but maybe that can help. Good luck.
