Hello guys!!

I just want to share the news with you guys that I just got APPROVED. I received an approval letter in the mail today after I got home from from work. I didn't expect to receive this letter because my status is never been touch or update since July 10, 2008. For those who are still waiting don't just focus on the uscis website but pay attention to your mailbox. I am so happy. :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Hello guys!!

I just want to share the news with you guys that I just got APPROVED. I received an approval letter in the mail today after I got home from from work. Oh that is good news!!! You and I got touched at the same time, so this brings me a lot of hope! By the way, have you called USCIS? I am just wondering if they do a better job updating their automated messages than they do their e-mail system. I have called USCIS and they still say it is pending...

I never read about anybody receiving the NVC letter BEFORE the NOA 2, that is really crazy!!! At least you're time in the waiting room is almost over now.

To the Pack 3/4 discussion:

I received my Pack 3 two weeks ago and it was only a letter saying I should go to that website, download the forms and follow the instructions given there. I didn't mind doing it since I already had the forms prepared. In Germany Pack 4 is the interview invitation (I think a list of doctors that do the medical in Germany is also included)

K1 at VSC 06/13/08 - 12/18/08 - DONE!

AOS at MSC/CSC 04/07/09 - 07/08/09 - DONE!

Wow!! It appears some of you were approved maybe sometime early last week! The notifications are nonsensical at the moment. The old mailbox seems to be the frontline of notification technology now. LoL

Thanks Happy Dancer for the Imformation, Radz already has CENOMAR and got certified copies of her birth cert and baptismal and she has her NSO clearance, least i think that was what it was called mabye was NBI clearance.. But she knew what all she had to have and went and got them. Thanks again.

Congratulations Crazy & Mad you cant get NVC with out having been approved, But i think I would check with Vermont Wednesday, the way things been going there they may have never mailed out your Noa2, Just make sure to tell them you got NVC letter but havent recieved your NOA2 in mail ask if they can resend. But even at that NVC letter is great new.. woohooooo

For those of you who were approved without the computer system updating your status, is your status updated when you call USCIS? I am just wondering since I have been calling their automated system everyday since I don't trust the online system. Just want to know if it's even worth calling! :wacko: Thanks!
