Wow!!  Hope it is an approval for you! You were last touched July 11th....our last touch was July 10th--hope they didn't skip the July 10th box!!! I know there are a few of us in there!

Good luck to everyone for next week--let's hope for even more approvals than last week :)

Yeah, I am here  . Last touch July 10th and still waiting...But for some reason it seems that all of us that sent in their petition June 20 and got NOA 1 June 24 are not processed yet. Hopefully, that'll happen soon though.

It seems that some people's cases (Pook) moved forward very quickly after NOA2. Don't get me wrong, I think that's wonderful. My only concern is that I had planned to be in Thailand for my fiancee's interview, but I'm wondering now if I will have enough lead time to get a ticket without paying through the nose. If I at least know a month in advance, that would be enough.

GREAT NEWS!!!

I got NOA2 in the mail today!! It was dated 24 Oct. 2008, but the USCIS Web site has last update (with no approval) as late as 27 Oct. Something's screwed up there. but I don't care about that. APPROVAL, blessed APPROVAL!

I know we still have a ways to go, but ...

I am sending all the :angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

along for everyone else. We're all gonna get there soon! Hang in there!

I've been away from my pc for a couple of days and jut noticed your approval so we wanted to say congratulations and best of luck!

1 & 2) Not sure

3) The "court house" part of the marriage is the only one that really counts. That's why you get a marriage license/certificate from the state. So, yes, "court house" marriage is all that's necessary to be legal.
