I'm also glad USCIS has no idea the lengths I'd have gone to get an update. A few smileys are nothing compared to some of the more exotic rituals I'd have been willing to perform. LoL

I am happy to see that more of the end of may filers get approved. I mean June filers are great too but I am sure May filers are worried by now (just as ourselves)!

Can someone please tell me if an RFE is sent to the petitioner as well as your attorney? If so can i be the one to send it back rather than our attorney?

I just checked status before making that last post. Status still showed pending and Oct 24 last update. So I think, "Well, I just put the smileys, so I'll hit USCIS one more time and then do a little shopping. I log in, see that the date had changed to Oct 25 and click the link...

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On October 24, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I have no idea why that is showing Oct 24 on the approval date, coz 10 mins ago it was still pending, but what do I care at this point hehehe.

Coaster- ME TOOO!! I JUST checked and it said that our I-129F was approved!!!! I had checked this morning and nothing, but was just approved, so apparently they are working on Saturday! Keep checking everyone!! :D :D :D

August 11th, 2007: Peter and Susan start communicating on eharmony :D

December 29th, 2007: The first meeting! Susan flew to England to meet Peter. Fell in love :)

March 16th, 2008: Love birds back together in England

March 18th, 2008: Engaged!! :D :D :D

ME TOO GETTING MAD i am happy for other ............. but deep inside i want to scream, this so dam unfair, we not even had one touch yet since 26th june,

just cannot take any more, me going out to spend money now only way to take pain away :crying::crying::crying:
