touched!! (by a USCIS angel??)

After my lament, I just went to the USCIS site and got my first update since beginning of July!! WOW

I think you are about to receive your approval! It could come in the night....keep us posted.

Ok I just had to unload on a level 2 "officer" on the support line. I spared the level 1 support lady because they are idiots by default, but damit an immigration officer should know what an RFE is!!! I mean my question was very simple, I just wanted to know that I as well as my attorney is to receive a copy of the RFE, simple question right?....WRONG...this moron kept asking me if im talking about another application and then reading from the status page and at that point I couldn't take it anymore I told her look...don't read to me from the online status page again ...I know the damn RFE was sent and the date it was sent...I knew it 15 mins after it was posted thats the whole reason im calling if you were even listening!!!

Finally she admited that she was confused and didn't know what an RFE was@!#$..........after I educated her on what that is I went off for about 10 mins and didn't give her a chance to speak...sorry guys i lost it...the level 1 lady said that only my rep (attorney) gets a copy of it and I would have to have him taken off the case ....then after I said what I said to the level 2 lady she said just the opposite!!!...So how is she so certain of this when she didn't know what exactly an RFE even is. They must be smokin the good crack at the VSC is all I can say.

I dont want this crackhead attorney we hired doing ANYTHING to our case ever again....he sent this petition to Texas...can you believe that!!.....Another friend who filed Feb 1 used him also trusting like us that we would be safer hiring an experienced professional so that there are no mistakes and he got an RFE for not having sent his fiances divorce decree. This should be a no brainer for an attorney! He still isnt approved.

Thanks for letting me vent.

:innocent: hmm haha. yeah and it totally made me angry when i see september filers already getting their NOA2.

Yeah thats one thing better about being in California. It sucks being at the slower center, but at least Cal process things pretty much in order and work week by week. Vermont seems to be all over the place approving late junes with early junes at the same time. I wont even go into the random august, sept and oct people who get approved. That pisses me off, and I'm not even at your center!
