you were right, it got delivered today woooohoooooo!!!!

I've just received my NOA2 approved by mail today... I'm very happy right now... :) our last touched was October 9, USCIS web site still shows pending.

If you haven't received your NOA2 yet, yours will come soon... :)

Hello all!

I have been searching round this morning and not finding much current information on my questions. Can anyone help?

1. How long does it typically take for the I129F approval to be sent from VSC to NVC?

2. How long does it typically take for NVC to do its homework, assign a case number and ship out the package to Kiev?

3. How long does it typically take Kiev to get the paperwork into its system?

4. How long does it typically take until Kiev will set the interview (assuming you call promptly for a date)?

I am looking for recent information and appreciate anyone's thoughts who may have been through this process recently.

i got approved on oct 16th i checked it up online, but i have not got any email form them yet, and it was updated to my file on 17th oct but still no email. on online case states they say my file is approved and it was mailed out on 16th oct. i have checked my email its right and i have email status on. since it was mailed out on 16th oct so i should get it in mail on monday 20th oct. let me know y im not getting email, is it cuz my email is AOL.com

jpatel1218: I never received an email either, just the notice online. And I am still waiting for the hard copy by mail of the NOA-2. I don't have a lot of faith in the timeliness of the email system from what others have written...
