God, what's wrong with VSC this week? Hardly any approvals but the timeline says they are at June 16th?! :(

I am trying to remember that VJ only represents a small percentage of filers and hoping that there are tons of VSC approvals going on that we just don't see! Still, it's frustrating to see all of those CSC approvals popping up without any Vermonters (no offense CSC filers! :innocent:) Crossing my fingers that we at VJ are next in line--hang in there!!

Jun 24th, 2008 - NOA 1 Sent

Jul 10th, 2008 - Touched

Nov 12th, 2008 - APPROVED!!!! YEEEAAAH!!

Nov 14th, 2008 - NVC received petition

Nov 18th, 2008 - Petition leaves NVC

Nov 24th, 2008 - Petition arrives at Nairobi Embassy

Dec 23rd, 2008 - Medical Exam

Jan 7th, 2009 - Interview in Nairobi-- APPROVED!!! Visa in hand same day!

Feb 21st, 2009 - POE, Logan Airport Boston, USA -- forgot to give my fiance his I-94 # (!) Had to go back and get it when we realized

Mar 28th, 2009 - Wedding!

April 27th, 2009 - Mailed AOS & EAD

April 29th, 2009 - Delivered to Chicago Lockbox

May 5th, 2009 - NOA for AOS & EAD

May 30th, 2009 - Completed Biometrics at Boston Office

June 3rd, 2009 - EAD card production ordered

June 10th, 2009 - EAD arrived in mail

July 10th, 2009 - Touched

August 8th, 2009 - RFE = requesting a new I-693

August 21st, 2009 - Completed new medical

August 22nd, 2009 - Mailed RFE priority

August 26th, 2009 - CRIS e-mail: AOS approved!

Sept 3rd, 2009 - Conditional green card arrived in mail!

May 16th, 2011 - Applied to lift conditions at VSC

May 31st, 2011 - NOA, residence status extended for one year

Aug 16th, 2011 - Biometrics

Jan 4th, 2012 - Approved! Card is in the mail :)

I know what you mean--it's frustrating to see one center moving while the other doesn't! Keep in mind that CSC is approving May filers, though--there's still a way to go before we get to mid-June (although I can't wait!)!!!

Oh well lets hope that they have a major crack down tomorrow at VSC, it has got to improve soon..............doesn't it?????

Lets hope there are June filer approvals and not September.......sorry September peeps but we were here first

Called USCIS about oath ceremony letter :09/10/2012 (where is my oath letter)

called again USCIS about oath ceremony letter :09/13/2012 (got locaton an time on phone thanks God)

Finally received oath ceremony letter:09/19/2012(was sent on 09/17/2012)

Oathe Ceremony was on: 09/21/2012 at 8:00am (little Rock, Arkansas)

Finally I am U.S. Citizen

Okay, here is my first post! VJ has been a great source of info to me and I have had nothing worthwhile to add. Now I have a question (which I may be posting in the wrong topic). :whistle:

Our NOA-1 from Vermont was June 12, 2008. VJ says the following:

"Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between October 24, 2008 and November 9, 2008."

The Historical Processing Times link says June 21 NOA-1s are being processed currently. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...ge=k1historical

Can anyone explain how this can be and why Igor's list has no NOA-2s after very early June?

I am probably being unnecessarily impatient (aren't we all??), but I wanted to make sure I am not missing something...

congradulations on your approval.

As far as the June 21 being processed now, im not sure where they get that figure from. I dont see anyone from June 21 having noa2 when i check, but one of the replys I got when I ask about it this morning was that its an estimate, which makes sense because I dont know how they would know what cases are being processed at this point only completed case get postings. Well good luck everyone and hope we are all getting close.

Just relax!! relax and relax.... it's only the beginning of october, who knows, probably you will be approved earlier than that, like me. I recommend you to start gathering evidence. You are very close!!!! :star:

Dont hold me to this as I am not an expert

But

I would imagine that Igor's list might be based on completed time lines, maybe some people have been naughty and not updated theirs, but this is just a guess.

It is just one big waiting game

Hope for all us June filers the NOA2's start pouring in
