I would not mind a couple of weeks difference but someone who filed in September went from NOA1 to 2 in 10 days

I am pleased for them dont get me wrong but it does make you wonder when I have been waiting since June and I am not the only one

Hope lots of us get our NOA2's this week

Good luck to all of us

Shaz

I think those were a fluke. Then on the opposite end there are those that take much much longer, which also really sucks. So you really have to eliminate the top and bottom and focus more on the middle of the pack to get a better idea of how it works.

I'm hoping for something this week, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm thinking mid-October.

Removing Conditions

Sent package to VSC - 8/12/11

NOA1 - 8/16/11

Biometrics - 9/14/11

I too am happy for those who have seen the process go so quickly. I wish I were in the same boat, but sometimes life ain't fair.

It is, however, very frustrating to see soooo many case numbers after mine that have gotten NOA2s weeks ago. Very frustrating, indeed!

Hello there June Filers,

it's the end of the month, currently windy and raining and VSC is slow as ****.

I'm happy to hear some of ya'll got approvals and interviews done, congratulations.

But what's up with those processing times posted on the USCIS website? Last Updated July 31st ??? Since the updates come monthly, does that mean there will be another one this week? :clock:

And what REALLY surprises me are the September filers that already got NOA 2. Not hating or anything, but I thought USCIS is working through them as they get them ?!?

Ok, I just needed to vent a little. :girlwerewolf2xn:

I been patiently waiting for Noa2. Guys, if we don't receive any more touch, is that mean we don't get RFE. I just hope that I don't get RFE, otherwise it would be take longer. Also, while we are waiting, did you guys start to collect the documentation yet for the interview. I wasn't sure when I should start?Maybe after I receice NOA2 right?

I would also suggest to collect all the documentations already now. Look at the forms, fill out whatever is already possible because it is a lot of time you will need to gather that information. I also got all my medical stuff done (vaccinations, tests). So that I will only have to go to the Medical examination now and wait for NOA2 and pack 3. And then I hope everything will become very quick. Because I want to spend new year with my fiancé!

@BubbleTea: Our petition also got touched last on July 10th. I guess we are sitting in the same boat. ;-)

Good luck to all of us!

We have all our documents filled out except the ones that she has to add informations to when they arrive there. I have each marked with cover sheet saying which forms they are, and what needs to be done with them like which ones need to go with her to be validated at the bank and which bank for her to take it to, Which ones need to be signed and how many copies of each. The affidavit of support is done and it has cover sheet with all supporting documents that are attached to it. copies of I129F and 325a are put together in packet for her with cover sheet telling her what all is attached, including the airplaine tickes, my birth certificiate, divorce papers form court. yikes didnt meat to get so carried away but you get the point i spent ours printing our forms and labeling them with instrucions for her. As soon as NOA2 arrives these doctuments will be Fedex to her. Well good luck everyone, im not sure if thats the best way to do things but I feel better knowing its all ready to go. i didnt include everything i have prepared on here but i think everyone gets the general idea, She already has photos put in portective covers and emails printed which she is still adding to along with all the documents she needs NBI clearance etc. Well good luck to everyone and hope you all recieve your NOA2 soon.
