Hey! My fiance got letter today. They didn't need anything but they just want him to sign for some document and return it back to them. He gonna send it back tomorrow and we still sit here in waiting room. Good luck for all june filer

Sont worry, if you get a RFE your approval will come very very soon :thumbs:

Hey everyone!

I sent in the I-129F to VSC August 30 and imy NOA1 says is dated as June 5. Do you think I should call them to check up on our status? Apparently some May and June filers petitions have been transferred to CSC from VSC (???). How did they even find this info out? Would USCIS have sent them out a letter? Maybe I should call USCIS?

Also, I had to update my mailing address earlier in August (I moved) and I got a letter from USCIS confirming that they'd updated my info. On it it lists some of my basic info about our case. However, where it says "Your USCIS Account Number (A-Number):" the answer says "Information not Available" and where it says "Caller indicated they are:" is reads "Applicant or petitioner". So.... shouldn't I have an account number by now or do I not get one til after receiving the NOA2?? Also, shouldn't it read "Petitioner" and not either/or for both? I'm confused, worried and spazzing out a bit! Help anybody? :crying: :crying: :crying:

At long last, this highly stressful leg of our journey has come to a close - for now - and we couldn't be more grateful and appreciative for all the tremendous help and support here on VJ! Without VisaJourney I doubt we would be where my husband and I are today! Thanks to all!

JUST TO ADD SOME HOPE TO THE JUNE VSC FILERS: I GOT APPROVED TODAY!

WOW! I WAS BEGINING TO THINK THE WORSE. REALLY THOUGHT i WOUND NOT HEAR ANYTHING UNTIL NOVEMBER. SO NOW WE WAIT AGAIN, BUT AT LEAST I HAVE A RENEWED FAITH AND ENERGY.

Now that most of us are waiting for the package to arrive or the NOA2 to be approved, we need to know what questions we will be asked during the interview. I remember I read somewhere here about all those questions but I cant find the forum. Can you help me where I can see those questions??? Thank you very much :)

Thank you!!! let me tell you what I did. When my fiance got the approval letter (last Saturday September 11th) I wanted to know what the next step was. So I waited until Monday 15th to call the NVC (National Visa Center) which number is in the approval letter. They told me that the package was received last September 9th and sent to Lima on the 11th. Then the guy gave me a new case number and with the help of Kim (a wonderful VJ member) I could track the package in DHL. And I found out that the package was received in Lima on the 15th at 9:41am. Then with the help of Verito and Faasa (another wonderful VJ members) I waited some days and I called the embasy today (Thursday 18th) at 2pm and they asked me for the new case number and they told me that my interview was set up for October 10th!!!!.....so I recommend you that as soon as you receive your approval, call the NVC to know when the package was received and sent to your embassy. Once you know the date, wait some days and call the embassy. That will give you an idea of what to do: criminal records, gather all the info related to the ongoing relationship, etc.

Good luck and I hope your approval comes very soon!!!!
