You're welcome Vicki. :) You might want to check with others who have gone through Peru. Ask suzy in the April VSC forum as her fiance, Luis, is scheduled to interview in two weeks there. ;)

symbiosis, uscis processing times are just to cover their own butts. VJ is a much better resource for you to figure out when your petition might be approved. You can find a list of current timelines here. It looks as though they are now processing the end of May so not too much longer. ;)

Be advised that there are many different checks throughout the process and that you can get held up at any time in some kind of AP. ;)

Use tracking # 9448430832 looks like it arrived today ;)

I used EXP 10 SEP 2008A with a range of 9/11 - 9/11 and there it was. Hope that makes sense.

I filed in July rather than June, but keep me posted on your progress please. I sent my I-129F on July 21st. It was received by Vermont on July 24th and I received our NOA1 on August 7. Happy Trails!!!

Hey! My fiance got letter today. They didn't need anything but they just want him to sign for some document and return it back to them. He gonna send it back tomorrow and we still sit here in waiting room. Good luck for all june filer
