Congratulations folks... good to see you moving along!

To call NVC dial 603-334-0700 then press 1 and 5 to talk to a human. If the spanish speaking lady comes back on after the man's voice puts you on hold for the operator you will be returned to the main menu and will have to try again. Best time seems to be after 10pm at night. They will ask for your EAC number and the beneficiary's and petitioner's names and dates of birth. They will give you your new case number and tell you it will be sent out within a week. Usually it's shipped within days (unless you get stuck in AP at NVC like us ) ...and only takes a matter of days to get to the USEM. If you're obsessed like me , you can then track it with DHL. There are loads of posts about how to do this so just do a search or pm me if you still can't figure it out.

Congratualtion to those who received their NOA2!!! I can't wait to receive mine. I guess I have to be patiently waiting. Hopefully I don't any any RFE.

Guys!!!!!!!

We were approved!!!!!!!!! I cant believe it!!!! I am sooooooooooooo happy!!!! I talked to my fiance this morning and I told him to check his mail from now on because the NOA2 would come anytime. He told me he hadnt received anything yet. Two hours later, I received a text message from him. He wrote: get on line. I had a feeling that something good was going on. Well I got online and he told me: I got the approval letter!!!!!!!!! I got speechless He read the whole notice three times

I will see my baby boy very soon!!!!!

The NOA2 was approved September 5th but he just received the letter today 09/13

Congrats to every1 who got their approval. Def. gives us some hope that ours will be approved shortly. Good luck with everything from now on...from what I hear things will start happening pretty quickly from now on....

OK guys, this morning I called NVC and received our KEV Case number. Also, I was told that our case was sent to the Kyiv Embassy on September 12. I tried to check DHL tracking, however it's not shown yet. I'll try again around non.

I think you're package just reached Kiev

here's your tracking number.... 9451001965 so you can just track it with that but what i did was put EXP 10 SEP 2008A... then shipment range from 9/11 - 9/12

DHL can be tricky and the EXP date is usually the day before they actually tell you they shipped it. So I put in EXP 10 SEP 2008... and a range of 9/11 - 9/12... and viola! Congratulations.

DHL can be tricky and the EXP date is usually the day before they actually tell you they shipped it. So I put in EXP 10 SEP 2008... and a range of 9/11 - 9/12... and viola! Congratulations.

Hello!!!

I called the NVC to find out when the apporval was sent there. After almost 30 minutes waiting in the line, I finally talked to an operator. Now I read that some of you could track the paperwork. How do you do it??? I know they sent it to Lima on 09/11/2008 so i am getting even more excited!!!!!

Find out when your petition left NVC... use the track by reference option... enter ie; EXP 11 SEP 2008A (this date will usually be about a day before the NVC tells you that it left).... then put the date range of the day you know it left (ie; Sept 11-Sept 12) ..click track.

You will find a list of petitions that left the NVC to go out to the Consulates. If you find yours, click on the tracking number and it will break it all down for you.

the DHL site can be a lil tricky and may take some playing with the dates to find yours.

Just fyi... I signed up twice for text message and email alerts and I think I got maybe one email way after it arrived.

Use tracking # 9448430832 looks like it arrived today

I used EXP 10 SEP 2008A with a range of 9/11 - 9/11 and there it was. Hope that makes sense.

I'm still confused as to what relevance the official processing time from USCIS has when it seems to be several months off from what we're seeing as far as approvals here.

If I filed in June, should I hope/expect to be approved soon, or am I still looking at four MORE months?!
