You will not believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe it myself!!!! I checked USCIS site today and it is still pending. However, I just got back from work and here it is! There is a hard copy of NOA2 in my mail box!

We are approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dancing: :dancing: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

As of this morning our case is still "pending" on the USCIS web site So i will repeat: don't rely on it too much!

Hey, I just got done reading the msgs about a few June filers receiving their NOA2. Def. great news for us June filers. Truth is I tend to hold on to the good news I read and completly block out all the bad news. Is that bad?

Not at all. I would say it's the only way to keep your sanity during this process.

Hey everyone!

I have somewhat of a dumb, technical question... I am trying to update my timeline in my "signature" box but I keep on getting an error message saying that it is too long. Well, I wish it were longer since then we'd be further ahead (haha) but obviously it is not that long. Any ideas what I am doing wrong or what I am not doing?

And I hope we start to see more NOA2's drifting in... so tired of going back and forth between #119 - 122 on Igor's list. Grrr!

Unfortunately I have no idea how to fix your timeline issue, but! regarding Igor's List... Rumor has it that once you break 100, you could feasibly get your petition approved at any moment--it's basically fair game in there. So good luck, and I hope to start hearing good news from Vermont June filers soon!

But I hope you meant breaking #100 usually means an approval and not the other notifications... Yeah, this USCIS system makes less and less sense to me every day it seems - not that it ever really made sense to me in the first place! But it's nice that Vasya and I are no longer stuck on #'s 123 and/or 119 (was for about a month!). Now we're on #113!

How are all you guys doing so far? Any more approvals today?

Thanks Vicky! And do not rely on USCIS website, better watch for the mailman. Seems like USCIS does not update the online database, but sending NOA2 notices. Good luck and I hope for your speedy approval!

We were approved!!!!!!!!! I cant believe it!!!! I am sooooooooooooo happy!!!! I talked to my fiance this morning and I told him to check his mail from now on because the NOA2 would come anytime. He told me he hadnt received anything yet. Two hours later, I received a text message from him. He wrote: get on line. I had a feeling that something good was going on. Well I got online and he told me: I got the approval letter!!!!!!!!! I got speechless He read the whole notice three times

I will see my baby boy very soon!!!!!

The NOA2 was approved September 5th but he just received the letter today 09/13

I just called them. However, when you call them you cannot use automated phone system, you need to speak to live person. You need to have your EAC# ready, as well as Beneficiary and Petitioner names and DOBs. They will tell you when they received it.

The guy who answered my call told me that our case arrived at NVC in the afternoon of September 10. He also told me it will take about 1 week for the case to be shipped to the Embassy.

Anyway, I am so impatient, that I am going to give NVC another call on Monday just to see where we are standing.

Yes, the number is right there. Your fiance needs to call them on Monday (live operators are available Mon-Fri 7:30am-12:00am).
