Ok, I demand no more vacation or days off for them until all June filers are approved! devil.gif

Where can I sign for that ???

I guess, Feedback section on USCIS website?

I bet they would love to get such a "feedback"

and THEN they put my petition riiiiight to the bottom of the pile. :o

I can see that coming.

Or behind the biggest filing cabinet that never gets moved

And we don't want that, do we? So: Never critize USCIS

Yep, saw that, too. I was a little bit jealous for a minute :innocent: I checked the timeline, they sent the papers on the 3rd or 5th I think, but got their Noa on the 27th. I don't know how USCIS works, from the day it arrived there or when the noa 1 is send out ?!? Neither the profile nor the timeline says anything about expedite service, so I guess they were lucky to have a fast officer. But it also makes me happy, VSC is BAAACK

You know how it goes, the petition arrives there, everything is packed in a big folder and put in a box and stuffed into a dark cabinet so it can catch A LOT of dust for at least 3 month

Can't be too long until you get approved, you're a May filer. I think I saw another May filer got the approval today, too.

They're probably just dedusting your file and start working on it soon.

I know what you mean. I have been waiting for so long now, we actually wanted to file last November (!), but there was always something, so it's been almost a year now

I thought we might be done by the end of the month, but it doesn't look like that. I'm not sure if I should get my police record and the passport pics done now, the report is only valid for six month, and I'm kinda worried we could get a RFE or whatever.

Did you do anything yet? Filling out the forms or getting some of the required documents?

My attorney is done with everything else that we are going to need for the interview, putting together Jonathan’s documents and etc…

The passport pictures I am going to get them when I have my appointment at the embassy and the police record only takes 3 days to get it!!!

So now the only thing I need is my NOA2!!

We started this K1 visa process last year in August, but the attorney dint do her job correctly!

Waited until April and nothing happened so we had to start all over again in April!

My fiance just went today to get his U.S.-sized passport photos and get moving on having a picture signed for his UK police report--even though we're still a ways out from even possibly getting our petition, we want to make sure we're prepared so that we can move as fast as possible once we get to the embassy stage.

Of course, I spent all of last night reading threads on here that introduced whole new ways this process can get screwed up and am convinced that we'll experience all of them, so who knows!
