Yea, things ar moving much faster now. Moto got her interview date for the End of September. Yea i'm in the military. I'm actually deployed right now. I can use the computer on my off time. I hope to leave this place soon. Sounds like you are staying busy! thats good. Hopefully VSC gets things in order and start cranking out some NOA's!

This is depressing. When I filed, the processing time was appx. 90 days, now it is a whole month longer! Frak!

This is an old argument. Historically, VSC has always been faster in processing times even when there were more centers processing K1's... used to be much more disparity than there is now ..for example, in January of this year VSC was taking under a month to approve petitions... CSC still taking upwards of 5 months. Now THAT'S unfair! CSC has done a great job of catching up and VSC has actually slowed down. There were people from CSC who filed the same time as us (april) who were approved before us. It's a ####### shoot.

Hey everybody. I just found this thread, I'm a June Filer, too, that's why I wanted to say hi and whatnot lol.

So, we first sent our I-129F on June 13th with USPS to the VSC, delivered on the 16th, but came back one the 23rd becuz hubby put the right amount of money IN NUMBERS on the check but not in written I was freaking out becuz we have been talking about filing ever since last November, and now we finally did it, everything came back to us. He eventually sent the petition with a new corrected check back the same day and it was received on the 25th. Noa 1 came one day later on the 26th, the check was cashed on July 1st, hardcopy of Noa 1 came to him on July 3rd. We were touched on July 10th and 11th so far, and now it's just waiting I guess. I'm glad I have found this website tho, seeing all those timeslines and other people in the same situation helps me a lot.

We have set our wedding date for November 29th. Anybody got an idea if that could work out? I'll have my interview in Frankfurt, Germany, does anybody know how fast they work there? I've read that some countries consulates take 2 or 3 month to process the cases after the approval/gettin it from NVC. Is that true?

November ??!! Really I don't know if it will work for you!

Some people get approved in 2 months and others after a year or so!
