man we got touched at the same date, october 9th, our NOA1 was june 26th, oh i just cant wait for that damn thing to come :angry:

I received the hard copy of our NOA2 in my mailbox today--our last touch was October 9 and the website was not updated, so I thought nothing was coming! Our NOA1 was June 26.

Good Evening all,, Just wanted to share some information with everyone that I checked My Case Status Online today and found that the My I-129f Petition had been approved. I Filed In June And My NOA1 Was On JUNE 27 2008.

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

Are u sure you didn't have any touches??

I wouldn't worry too much. I have read pretty often by now that the online status system is not accurate or in some cases just doesn't work at all.

Hang in there, we June filers are close!

almost giving up hope

Ostensibly, I have a "touch" on July 9, but that is the same day I signed up for the online status check ... so, I am not sure if that's a genuine touch or not.
