I don't know what NiMH is. All I know is that they are superior to the ones I had before. It takes forever to charge them but they stay charged a heck of alot longer. They're a good buy.

The difference is in how long they retain the charge. I used them in my Flip video camera for over 8 hours. That's about 5 more hours than the regular rechargables that I have. That's about all I have to say about it. I try to tell people when I find a good product instead of focusing entirely on the negative. Rayovac has a good product here.
