i just want to know... does anyone here ever tried to apply for any u.s. visa before your sweetheart applied a K1 for you?

you think that somehow affects your K1 application in anyway?

before my fiance filed the K1, i was given a scholarship by a university in the u.s. and they applied for a "student visa"for me but when my love and my family arent into it..i decided to not continue though i already paid the SEVIS fee .. i then received a mail from the DHS uscis that tells me theyve received the sevis fee..

when i decided not to pursue the offered scholarship, i just stopped doing anything about it anymore. no interview schedule and no appearance on the USEM

now i want to know does it affect our K1 application?

any opinion will be appreciated ..thanks!

No problema! Just be sure the information you put on the first application matches what you have on the new application.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

well heres wat happened..i applied for the scholarship, sent my transcripts and all that then the university sent me a form that states the scholarship grant and a letter from the univ administrator that i suppose to show to the consul on the interview for the "student visa" - right after i sent this i paid for the sevis fee, that was sent to the department of homeland and security - uscis.

along the process, me and my fiance talks about it and he really doesnt want me to pursue on it, he didnt agree cus i had to stay in some state in the u.s. thats different from where he lives, until i finish the course (which is for 4 yrs) and so are my relatives, theyre not into my plan of going to school there..so eventhough the fact that i already paid for that sevis fee...i just stopped doing anything about it and never called for an interview to the us embassy

so what do you think guys?
