Hubby got it for me as a "mother's day" gift. But guess who's using it more?

I do enjoy it a lot. I especially like the boxing and stepping exercises. I also throw in some yoga and strength exercises just to round things up. But the feature I like best is the BMI and weight graph. It keeps a clear picture of where you are. The past few nights I've been too busy to do exercises on the Wii but I've made sure to do the body test just to make sure I'm not gaining back whatever weight I've lost.

No kidding. Every newlywed bride should learn to move her hips like that.

Trust me, the hip alignment does wonders for grooms as well.

why would a grown up person play that particular game? that was really stupid. If I were the guy I'd not only post her ridiculous self on YouTube but I'd also dump her childish a$$

all I can think is that's a lot of money to spend to do something you could do with a hula hoop from the dollar store

Yes maybe so, but the Wii Fit comes with a lot of differnt games. It is not just hula hoop. It has boxing, punching the medicne ball etc..

Someone did a experiment with that, and he lost a lot of weight just doing the wii fit

I think the wii fit is a great thing to have if it gets someone who wouldn't normally exercise to exercise. I'm all for people getting healthier and more physically fit. I want everyone to live long healthy lives without heart disease and diabetes and such.

Yep. Especially something marketed to people who spend a lot of sedentary time in front of a screen.

does the scale thing that it comes with really tell you that you're fat? someone was talking about that the other day, maybe it was Neil. hmmm...anyways I think it should tell you your weight but shouldn't say something like you're fat. that might get someone to not do it.
