Hello to my fellow VJ pals...

Younes has his interview for July 8th, 2008 YEAh!!!!:dance:

I now have questions...

I know I need to send him the copy of original packet sent to the service center, and originals of divorce decree (i was divorced years ago), but i'm not sure if i need to send him my original birth certificate, and original tax returns.... i did not get transcripts from irs... this process went faster than I thought..

And i know i need to send him the I-134..

second question is on the I-134 can i include child support payments received from ex?

third questions is- I am currently salary plus commissions.. however i start getting commissions next month and i'm not sure how much to estimate for the year ... (some advice on this- what should i do)

fourth question- If I have my dad be a sponsor just for back-up does he need an employer letter as well?

:help: please!!!

What else and I missing....

I'm trying to get this out this weekend

Thanks,

Brenda

Unless something's changed (and it certainly can!) Casa doesn't need Affidavit of Support. You will need that for Adjustment Of Status. Gosh, seems so long ago now, I'm trying to remember what financials we sent. Bank statements w/ letter from bank stating how long I'd had an account there, IRS transcripts....hmmm.... seems like that was it. OH! paystubs if you get them - I'm self employed so I didn't have those.

Don't sweat it too much... there's a list of what you'll need in his packet. Good luck!
