Hi,

I have a few questions about the I 131, advance parole document.

In part 3 it says " if you are applying for advance parole, skip to part 7". I think this is what I need to do, but wanted to check, before I left out alot of the form.

Also in part 7 it tells you to explain your circumstances, and how I qualify and provide evidence on a separate sheet of paper. What kind of evidence do I need, how do I qualify (simply because I am a K1 status) and does everyone need to write this letter?

You can put "K-1 status adjusting to permanent resident"

also on the EAD form, where it asks for my current immigration status, am I a

" K1 non immigrant fiancee of US citizen", or now that we are married do I need to put wife?

All you need to state is "K-1".
