I WILL TRY TO CALL VERMONT SERVICE CENTER LATER TODAY, CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER OR ADJUDICATOR AT VERMONT VIA THE PHONE? I HATE TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. MOST OF THE TIME, THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU ANY INFO.

Hi jab and Eric-Althea---You guys have sorta been passed over. I don't know if you ever look in on our Filing in March thread, but I keep a list of March filers and approvals in order of NOA1 and usually update on Mondays. im sorry to burst your bubble but calling uscis is useless. i believe those people are taking their time, they wont have any answer for you. my husband called and asked but all they said was they still havent worked on my case yet. and its been 5 months now! :angry:

feb. 26,2008-----noa1

aug. 26, 2008----transferred to csc

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed
