What matters is that he is above for the most recent year. Also, have him send an employer letter as well. You should be fine. Good Luck. :thumbs:

Concerning the job letter they cant give him one until a month from now!! which is a mad delay... do u think the pay stubs r enuff?

Should be, Employer letter and stubs are considered optional.

In my case I just asked my supervisor to write up a letter.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
