I-134

I have been trying to find a I-134 that doesnt say it expires 4/30/2007. Its at the top of every I-134 i find. Am i crazy?

Also i have question regarding

10. I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of the following person(s). If none, state none.

i put Relyn ( fiance) first right?

then i put her son next right.......what is the relationship? do i say "her son".

If you re-visit the USCIS website, the I-134 version that expires on 04/30/2007 is acceptable and downloadable [CLICK HERE]. Yes, please, please, please enter your fiancee and her son's names for question #10, and as far as relatioship portion of the question, you can put Ms (Last Name)'s Son, Reyln's son, her son, future step-son, or whatever best describes the current relationship. The reason for question # 10 IMO is to identify and validate that you have submitted an approved visa petition for your fiance and her son in preparation for the K1 and K2 Visas.

I COULD BE WRONG BECOZ I HAVENT PRESENTED YET AT OUR INTERVIEW BUT THAT IS WHAT I PUT........TO BE MORE EXACT THE RECEIPT DATE ON THE NOA1 FOR I-129F.

THANK YOU FOR THE "GOOD LUCK". ITS INCREDIBLE THAT THREE YEARS OF WAITING IS COMING TO AN END. AND A YEAR OF NOT BEING WITH MY BABY. WOW.

I HATE PUTTING HER FORMER SPOUSE ON THOSE FORMS AS SPOUSE EVEN THOUGH ANNULED. ITS ON BOTH 156K AND 156. THAT MARRIAGE IS GONE SO I DON'T KNOW WHY I HAVE TO INCLUDE HIS NAME ANYWHERE ON THESE FORMS.
