Hi!

Apparently, my docs belonged to the May 19 batch forwarded to the NSO by Delbros (and not May 21/25 given by Robbie - seriously, somebody has to check whether this guy knows what he's doing).

The good news is, the embassy finally has the results of docs verification. And the CO will just have to go thru them.

Would anyone have an idea how long it would take before the consul will issue a verdict on a case and how much longer before a visa is issued?

Thanks you guys.

PRIOR TO PREVIOUS RESEARCH: call them from tuesday to thursday, coz grace said, if they got hold of any verified documents on fridays, they will process those in 2 days which will fall on the following monday and tuesday already, (saturday and sunday not included by the way) so lets get busy calling them, thats all we have to do, "FOLLOW UP", so we will be UPDATED of our CURRENT STATUS...documents verified by NSO will be forwarded back to usembassy every friday...and robbie said everymonday lng ang transmittal report at handling sa nso...but nw nagchange na everyday na daw so after ng forwarding ng delbros to nso..the person to call is USEM na wait 2-3weeks

im in AR DEN PLA...=( may 30- transmittal report, june 2- forward to NSO ( 1st week: done june 10, 2nd week june 19, june 30- 3rd week, july 9- 4th week)

hi rose!

first, i called the 1-909 number.... and, as expected... they know next to nothing.... the first operator i talked to even said i failed to attend the interview ( can you believe that?). i think they are only good for interview appointments, nothing else

so, i had to call the embassy (3012000 loc 5184) and talked to grace (thank god - last week when i called, i talked to lorraine, and i was berated for calling them. she said inquiries should be forwarded to the 1-909 number). grace was very gracious and said, they already received the docs from nso and that my file is with the co. grace even said, i can call again next week to follow up.

grace said, she's not certain how long the review will last, but did say that their workload is quite heavy nowadays, so it may take days, even weeks.

i sure hope we'd get our visas soon.... i cant wait to hug my baby:)

It won't be long now since it's back to USEM (although I cannot give you an exact time frame, sowee  ). Have you done packing, yet? If so, unpack then pack again. :D That would make you busy and occupied while waiting. :D

Here's hoping you'll get your visa very soon!

Hi again Sue,

I called USEM yesterday following your instruction (thanks). I was able to talked to Grace, she's nice. I asked her if there's a results of my Document verification from NSO, she said they received it now and they forwarded it to the consul for them to review it again. they can't tell how many days but if I don't hear from them after 2-3 weeks, she suggested that let my husband call the USEM to make the follow-up . I asked her if they need something from me,but so far they don't need anything fom me.(yet?)

Hopefully we will hear from them next week.

God Bless and Good luck to u.
