Fee for G-325A forms???

This is for a K3 visa,

Two reps at USCIS help line when i called told me that there is a $195 for each of the G-325A form filed. Is this true? Because USCIS site does not state this. The only fee required for the I-130 package is $190 for the I-130 form itself. I do not see the guide here showing a fee either fro G-325A form.

hiya..there is no fee for the G-325A form. I don't know who you spoke with but that is not correct.

The G-325A is only biographic information and there is no filing fee.

There is no fee for filing G-325A. Only you need to pay $190.00 for I-130.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Now you know from personal experience why the USCIS National Customer [Dis]service Center is known affectionately as the Misinformation Line.

Recognize that the G-325A is not a form that stands alone, it is not an application or petition that requests any kind of benefit or requires processing. It is merely an adjunct to a few other applications or petitions that do require processing and an associated processing fee.

Thank goodness that isnt true. 4 copies with the I-130 and 4 copies with the I-129F would be extremely pricey for letting them know your name address and employment history type things.
