Yes, after losing all hope and suffering painfully for 9 months, I finally got the magic CRIS emails indicating the approval of 3 petitions I-129 F, my first I-130 and my second I-130 all at once. (Second I-130 sent in desperation)

Now I am wondering what will be forwarded to the NVC and what’s not. please Any one who got both petition approved at the VSC let me know what happened so I can be prepared, and how to keep both track (K3 and CR1) going in parallel ?

Good luck to all of you who are still waiting, I guess this is hope after all

Lately they have been sending all of them to the NVC. Technically they should only send the I-129F/K3.

5-05-08- DS3032 AND AOS fee bill was generated today

5-05-08- paid AOS fee bill $70 online

5-07-08- AOS FEE now says PAID online, can print cover sht.

5-07-08*cald NVC and msg says AOS $recvd

5-12-08-DS3032 EMAIL Accepted

5-13-08*cald NVC and msg now says DS3032 choice of agent has been received.

5-13-08-mailed AOS i864 packet w/printed cover sheet from online payment (certified mail- priority)

5-15-08-AOS packet received by NVC

Congratulations!! When you receive the NOA2 (I797c) for the I-130 read the first paragraph. If it states the beneficiary is in the US then the I-130 is being held.
