I just called NVC and talked to an agent that said online payments are not accepted at this time??

Since when????

Isnt that how most people do it?

Why do they have this page and the option to enter all my bank info if it doesnt work now??

I've tried to pay twice online and both times it said PAID then I check back in a couple of days and it shows "NOT PAID" and rejected.

I know I have the money in the bank and I verified my bank info.

Ill try one more time. 3rd times a charm?

If I sent the choice of Agent form via email for my husband would they know? I mean it would be done via email how would they know who did it? Where he is in MX there is no internet unless he goes far. Please advise your thoughts.

Before you try to pay online again, u must figure out what could be wrong. Call your bank and ask them if an ACH has been presented for payment and if so, what's the reason why it has been returned without payment. If they tell you, they've not received an ACH (electronic draft), then there is a good likelihood that you may not be providing the correct information of your checking account. In order for anyone to present this draft.. they must have your full and correct routing number and checking account number. You might want to tell them you have attempted to pay online using your checking account and they can walk you thru, what information you should be providing. Once you can rule out an error .. the only other thing imo left is NVC having an issue.

I tried again and this time it went through. I checked my bank account online the next day and saw the 70.00 deducted by ACH.

All the information was the same as when I put it in the first time.

Anyway, I guess third times a charm.
