Our K3 was forwarded to the embassy, so we wonder what forms should my husband prepares for the Embassy to forward to me and how do we get those form should we just download it ...does the embassy send it to me in package 3 or he will just download it and fill it and notarize it ??? and which form we should fill is it I-134or I-1864????

I am lost need help Thank you

2007- May -23: Biometrics Appointment @ 9 Am

2007- october- 04 :Card production ordered

2007-october- 05: Welcome letter recieved in mail

2007-october-11 : Approval notice sent

The Cairo Embassy will send all forms and a complete set of instructions to you. I outlined it to Michael in this thread. This was for our K1 and I don't know if anything differs for the K3. Maybe others can share that here.

The instructions that come with the packet are very clear and thorough, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Hope this helps.
