pink, may tanong sana ako, sayoko lnag itatanong sakali alam mo sagot. yun pinsa ko kasi yun fiance yan may anak sa iba, pero di niya yata diclare sa mga papers. tapos all of the sudden yun goeverment sumulat sa finace yan hnag a ask nag child support. ang tanong, yan chid support na yan, makikita ba yab sa mga w-2 or mga supporting docs na hihingin ng embassy? ano sa tinigin yun mga sis? hope u can answer this concern. tnax.

hi! please add me. I-130 was sent april 8, NOA1 received april 24. I-129f was sent april 25, NOA1 received april 28. good luck to us all! let's keep our fingers crossed. i noticed that there are some who filed later then we did, but got approved first while some who filed last year are still waiting!?! there's really no telling when the we would get approved. you guys are all in my prayers. i totally empathize with everyone... there's no greater pain than being apart from the one you love. =(

btw, does USCIS have a customer service number where we can talk to a real person? their customer service number is automated. thanks guys!

our case hasn't been touched for almost a month.

i already added you na sa list oo nga ganun talaga may iba na nauuna na maapprove kaysa sa talagang nauna pero i believe naman na we will get ours in God's perfect time i have heard that it is really hard for us to talk to a real person in USCIS. here is thread that you might want to read about it. according to that link some people were able to talk to a live person so try mo na lang din .
