Nice! That looks to me like the B-24 Mitchell from WWII. There's a group called the Confederate Air Force and they keep restored WWII planes in flying condition. A B-17 named, Sentimental Journey used to be kept near where I lived growing, but I haven't seen in nearly 30 years. I was big airplane buff when I was growing up. :)

post-2606-1213165248_thumb.jpgI live near the airport its a small airport. They had a couple of old war planes flying around for a few days and we are right in there flight path. I hear the planes fly right over our house and small private jets. Edited by eric&gen

I think you mean the B-25 Mitchell. The B-24 Liberator had 4 engines. I was a big airplane buff when growing up, and still am :P I got to see a B-25 up close at the Pacific Aviation Museum at Pearl Harbor last September, and another at the Palm Springs Air Museum last December. Also got to crawl around inside a B-17 at the Palm Springs Air Museum as well. A few weeks back, I saw a WWII bomber flying in to John Wayne Airport a couple times, but I'm not quite sure which kind.

 Account that to old age setting in. My parents had a neighbor who had flown in the B-25 Mitchell during WWII. I got a chance to climb into the B-17 Sentimental Journey at one the many air shows I used to go to. I was even in CAP believe it or not. :P ...wanted to be a pilot in the Air Force.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
