i got rfe on my 230 but the operator could not say exactly what was the rfe for,she only said maybe in the checklist or something didnt match up!! i was wondering if this will affect with my G-325A biographic information that we sent to the uscis because i filled out the wrong birthdate of my parents since i was only basing of what my mother told me.and when i filled out my 230 i filled out the correct birthdate this time basing on my birthcertificate. As i reviewed the copy of my 230 here its all good and correct and i sent all the documents that they need except, the doubts i have in my mind about the birthdate of my parents.but i still dont know the reasoned yet for now really!!

They sent my wifes DS 230 back because she was short a couple months on where she lived since 16 or something like that. Been awhile.

If you are the choice of agent you should get it in the mail and have an explanation!

Edith,

So sorry Edith. RFE is the NVCs equivalent of white slips or AR in the Embassy.

Unfortunately, NVC is very, very picky. If you left anything blank, you will most likely get an RFE. If you answered anything incorrectly on the DS-230, you will most likely get an RFE.

I doubt the RFE is for the wrong birth date of your parents on your G325. Most people get an RFE because they forgot to submit two passport size photos. Or that they forgot to write "present' on the dates.

At this point, you guys are really just going to have to wait for that RFE letter. Actually, YOU HAVE TO WAIT for that RFE letter because it will come with a barcode sheet that you will need to submit together with whatever they are requesting.

Just hang in there and wait for that RFE letter.

you mean if you got only one kid then put her name on a space the rest you put n/a? so its not enough if you only put n/a on first row if not applicable but kailangan mo talagang lagyan lahat ng row ?
