We are getting ready to mail EAD form out and we're not sure what address to mail it out to ? Guides say it should go to CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER, yet if I look at USCIS website it states anything form state of Utah should be mailed out to VERMONT SERVICE CENTER ?

I m really confused, anyone with the right answer :) ??? I would really appreciate it

Page 8 of the I-765 instructions tells you where to send it. It depends on what your answer to question 16 is.
