Hello,

I just want to let u guys know that California Service Center acting so fast on approval on my I-130 for my wife and for my kid. I just got an email today May 10, 2006 that my wife and kid has been approved. Another Journey to take, Goodluck to anyone who still didn't receive their approval.

08/04/2018 - Online Application Completed!

 

ROC @ CSC:

06/08/2018 - Mailed Application at USPS.

06/09/2018 - Delivered at USPS P.O. Box.

06/25/2018 - Check has been cashed.

06/25/2018 - NOA1 (USPS).

03/08/2019 - Case Txt/Email Notification for activity.

03/08/2019 - Fingerprint Waived.

03/18/2019 - Letter Notification Received for Biometrics waived.

06/03/2019 - Received Biometrics appointment notice  (usps). (notice date 05/24/2019)

06/04/2019 - Sent request to reschedule biometrics appt for 1 day delivery using usps since wife is out of the country.

06/05/2019 - ASC center received request to reschedule biometrics.

07/23/2019 - We ordered your new card online status!

07/24/2019 - Case Approved online status.

07/31/2019 - Received Green Card!

Yes i have noticed CSC have realy started to pull thier finger out & process the I-130's a lot faster.........congratulations :dance:

April/04/2005- Visa journey began!!

We did both K3 & CR1 visa's, got both!!- I returned to England for my CR1 interview after first arriving on a K3 visa!!

May/25th 2006- Green card arrives in the mail................YAY!!

19th June 2006 I Had to go to the Social Security Office to get my number, the DS-230 didnt work for me!!

26-June-2006- Social Security# arrived in the mail....YAY!!

Feb 2008 lift conditions <<<reminder to self!!<<<< went to England for a visit instead, no rush right, 90 days is a long time,LOL

Removing Conditions Begins

Mailed I-751 April 12th 2008

signed for @ NSC April 16th

NOA date April 16th

Conditional GC expired May 5th 2008

Biometrics Detroit May 10th 2008

10 year Green card ordered August 20th 2008

Citizenship any time from feb 2009

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Congrats...............mine took 5 months............hope NVC process is just as fast for you...........:):):)

Here is a quick list of what they may need

Original birth certificate with translation and notorization(for benificiary)

Original marige certificate

police record for every country the benificiary has lived in after age 16

Taxes and W-2 forms of sponsor and co-sponsor/household member.

recent pay stub or letter of employment of sponsor and co- sponsor/household member.

copy of benificiary's biographical page of passport.

That should keep you bussy untill they request it................best of luck:):)

Congratulations........Its great to see quick approvals coming out of CSC.....VSC has been quite fast for a while. It wasnt too long ago when I-130 approvals and ultimately the CR-1/IR-1 visas made getting a K-3 all but useless. It is almost at that stage again for many. I mean, this is for the green card...no adjustment of status on entry which can be painstakenly long, no anything until one has to remove conditions.
