These people are crazy. As some of you might know, husband had his interview on May 29. They have his passport in hand. Now today they called him and asked him to come back tomorrow to do his fingerprints. He already did this at the interview. Has anyone had this happen before? Anyone know why?

Thanks MENA!!

Hmmmm... i've never heard of this specifically happening before, but unfortunately, i can't say i'm surprised. i think Casa has a lot of mix-ups and who knows what happened. it could be they just lost or misplaced something... maybe they deleted his prints from their computers! i can only begin to imagine.

i'm sorry for the hold-up though! he should go down there and see what they tell him. on the bright side, at least they are working through your case and "processing"... albeit, not with much organization.

good luck! i hope it's nothing and they'll issue his visa ASAP, inchallah.

Did they take all 10 at the interview? Might be the case they need them all...or maybe there were some that were not clear.

I was wondering the same thing.

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'

My first thought when reading the title of the thread was ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Who knows??? But alas, I see they are up to their same tricks. Always throwing a wrench into things so we can never figure them out. Maybe them asking for the prints is a good sign. At least you know they are looking at you file.
