Hi,

I just returned from Moldova after my third trip. This trip my girfriend and I assembled all her documents in prep to file

a I-129F.

At the bottom of the G-325A it asks for "applicants signature"

The sample G-325A on this web site does not show if this should be my signature, or her signature.

I assume I should sign my G-325A, and she should sign her G-325A?

Is this correct?

Cheers,

Scott

Don't get hung up on the word applicant as the G-325a is a multi use form... Each person should sign there own

Thank you very much.

I had Vlada sign the four sheets while I was in Moldova just in case, so I have them done.

Cheers,

Scott

Good man. I had my wife sign her name a couple dozen times on sticky labels so I could affix them where needed.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
Understanding the big picture is priceless. Anonymous
