HI FELLOW VJ'S, ME AND MY FIANCEE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR NOA2, WE FILED OUR I-129F ON MARCH 18, 2008. I WILL BE TRAVELING BACK TO CEBU,PHILIPPINES THIS JULY 7 2008. I HOPE THAT BY THEN WE WILL HAVE OUR CASE APPOVED AND WE CAN GO THE MEDICAL EXAM AND EMBASSY INTERVIEW. MY FIANCEE WANT US TO GO TO THE CFO SEMINAR IN CEBU DURING MY VACATION IN JULY TO GET THE CFO STAMP SO THAT BY THE TIME SHE GETS HER VISA SHE WILL HAVE THIS DONE ALREADY. MY QUESTIONS IS WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO BRING TO ATTEND THE CFO SEMINAR WITH MY FIANCEE THIS JULY AND ALSO IS THIS A GOOD IDEA? I HEARD THAT THE CFO WILL NOT STAMP THE PASSPORT UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR VISA. ANY IMFORMATION WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU AND GODBLESS YOU ALL.

If you are divorce you may bring your divorce papers and passport during the Seminar with her. yes, they won't give any stamp if she doesn't have her VISA yet. She has to go back to the CFO office to again and bring with her the brown envelope and passport with her too. Don't forget to bring also pictures of the two of you together.
