AOS approval for k3

it has been 103 days since i filed my AOS. I am on K3 visa.

i got my EAD, biometrics and SSN.

no interview appointment or touches for my AOS application.

i see all the k1 visa holders getting interview dates and approval faster.

is there an AOS timeline chart for K3 visa holder?

do i just wait for now?

Where is your I-485 now? California service Center, or at your field office or NBC?

Depends on where your I-485 case is.

• If case gets sent to your field office then expect an interview. Oldest cases being processed at your field office were filed last October. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/officeProc...lectedOffice=19 So if your case is at field office you can expect some more time.

• If case gets sent to California Service Center, then more than likely the case will be approved without an interview, unless the adjudicator at CSC decides an interview is needed.

my case is at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER(MSC) right now. i sent it on 2-29, last touch is 3/21 status pending.

4 months at NBC, I would suspect it will be sent to field office for interview, from everything I have seen, NBC sends to CSC fairly shortly after receiving the case, if not then most likely it will go to field office.
