The video takes place in a dingy crack den, according to News of the World. The scenes were filmed by Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil, and the video was reportedly given to News of the World by a former friend determined to show how Fielder-Civil manipulates his wife, according to the British tabloid.

Purported still photos from the footage also show Winehouse and Fielder-Civil swapping white tablets from mouth to mouth. Another photo catches Winehouse clutching what News of the World says is a homemade crack pipe.

Further scenes from the purported video show Winehouse performing a sexual act on Fielder-Civil with her hand. Also in the footage, Fielder-Civil asks Winehouse to perform oral sex on him. She asks: "Are you vidding (videoing)?" and Fielder-Civil tells her to wink at the camera.

In January, Winehouse appeared to be smoking crack on a video that was handed over to the London police. Cops questioned her for nine hours but declined to press charges.

The Grammy-winning singer went to rehab earlier this year.

Fielder-Civil pleaded guilty last week to committing "grievous bodily harm" on a pub owner and conspiring to "pervert the course of justice," it was reported on Monday.
